Fixing a settling foundation on a manufactured house
What kind of company do I use to determine if my manufactured house is settling and to then fix the problem?

This is a manufactured house (mobile house). Several of the doors don't close (they did when house was new - approximately 1 year ago). There are cracks in the drywall in places. The molding around one window is separating in one corner. So far, that's all we can see. What is the best way to proceed to get this fixed. Do I need to bring in a structural engineering firm to analyze/fix the problem? If so, how do I go about finding a reputable, professional firm?

Sounds like the blocking is sinking a little. You need someone experienced in setting up a mobile home to take a look. Probably just needs re-leveling and maybe additional blocking installed. Call person who originally set up home or anyone who moves and sets up homes.
