    You can probably find loads of scholarships where they don't care if you're a fellon or not. Or at least one's that don't ask you about any past history with the police. I applied for tons this past year and not too many asked you about felonies. Try FastWeb: Scholarships, Financial Aid and Colleges they have a bunch and you could just search scholarships and find some.
    If your looking for a scholarship specifically for felons, you might have a bit more trouble though (but I'm sure there's something out there).
