Relocating children out of state without consent
My husband and I are in a situation with the mother of his two children. She is married, and her husband works in California. She plans on moving to California, and taking the children with her. We have the kids every weekend during the school year, and for the entire summer. We pay child support, even though we have them half of the time. We play a very active role in their lives. What do we need to do to prevent this from happening. We live in AZ, and don't want to lose our kids. Please help.

What does your child custody agreement say about it, if it says they can't, you take them to court and file an injunction to stop them from going. If this is not in the agreemetn you will have to file to have it modified.
