    Moving while on probation from Georgia to Michigan how hard is it
    My son wants to move from catoosa county ga to wyandotte mi how hard is it.All he has to do is pay his probation he doesn't see an officer.

    He still needs to formally have his probation transferred to the different state. Check at the top of this section for a sticky that excon posted on how to go about transferring probation. It would make it easier if all his fines were paid and his supervision fee (if any) was current also.

    Georgia will normally want all the fines to be paid He will have to make a formal request though the probation department
