    I just had my bank account levied where do I begin. Do I get a lawyer before I talk to the IRS. I just went back to work and get SSI as well as pension check every month. Please help me, I am at my wits end

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, who attached your account? The IRS or someone else? Were you aware of a judgement against you or that you owed the IRS?
