Potty Training
I have a shih tzu male, he is 5 and a half months old. I had for almost two month, but for some reason I still can not potty train him. I take him out a lot but he does not do it outside, he comes back to the house and do it inside. I praise him every time he does it out side and scowl him when inside. Anyone has any tips please help:confused: :confused:
