    2nd dui
    I just got my 2nd dui in 5 years how much probation am I going to get and can I transfer it to another state

    What state? I don't think it is a blanket law on the charges and probation.

    The state is Georgia and I'm trying to move back to Wisconsin

    You don't want a second DUI in GA, they have passed some required jail time I think this last year that went into effect in July.
    You had better get a lawyer on this. But you will need to first get on probaton if you can, get all of the fines paid first, and then request a transfer.
