    How are Pre-incorporation contracts regulated
    Someone please shed some light on how pre-incorporation contracts are regulated, if they are at all regulated.

    Hello nk:

    ALL contracts are regulated by the courts. You don't have to be incorporated in order for your contract to be upheld. Actually, contracts have NOTHING to do with incorporation.
