    Double taxation avoidance agreement
    India signed comprehensive double taxation avoidance agreement with saudi arab
    A resident indian earned 2,50,000 in year financial 07-08 by working in a multinational company in saudiarab. Multinational company has no base or activity in India

    Above income is taxable in india or not
