    What is the cycle
    Is your cycle from the start of your period to the next start of your period. Im so confused on this I don't understand it at all.

    Yes, when someone says, for example, that they have a 28 day cycle, they would be counting the first day of bleeding as day one and the cycle ends the day before the next period begins... start of next period, that's day one of the next cycle.

    Thank you so much I'm trying to get pregnant but I didn't know what the cycle was so I couldn't figure out when I was the most firtile
