My landlord is being a slumlord
Im have a lot of problems with my landlord. On my lease it states what the landlord needs to fix and what the tenent has to fix. Well there's no electricity in both of my bathrooms nor the master bedroom. The A/C is not working well and the fan in my kitchen is hangingl, he is supposed to fix all of these problems I stated. But I tried contacting him but all he has to say is that he is tired of being the middle man. What should I do?

Send a letter to the landlord that your unit is uninhabitable due to the problems with the electricity. If these problems are not repaired within 24 hours, you will contract with a licensed electrician to make the repairs and deduct the cost from your rent.
