    No cold air
I have a 9 year old york central air unit. Tried using it this year & the blower fan came on & blows very well but not cold air, it felt like the air outside. I had the freon checked & it didn't need recharged. Have small children & big dog that are burning up. Neighbor said that maybe compressor was bad, how do I tell?

Check and reset the circuit breaker. If that does not work call for ON SITE service.

How did anyone check the freon and it was OK,, if the compressor wasn`t running(maybe),, the person that checked freon should have known if compressor was working or not,, I would get it looked again by a different company
