H1B transfer.
Dear Madam/ Sir, I got my H1B visa while I was here in USA, now am thinking to move to another hospital, however I never left the states and my passport is not stamped with the visa. The new hospital hasn't started my H1B ransfer yet and am planning a vaccation back in my country. My questions are:
1- can the hospital start the transfer filing process while am on the vaccation? 2- is there a certain time I should spend in the current hospital, after getting back, before I would be able to move to the new hospital? Thanks in advance |
