    Has Baucus Grassley bill, on forclosures passed?
    I am thinkinfg of a buying a foreclosure and had read somewhere that 7k was being given in tax relief or deductions for a purchase of a foreclosure.

    Is it in effect yet, and how does it work?

    I could not find anything where it was passed, and in fact it seems to have more protections and tax credits for the banks and the person losing the home than the buyers from my readings
