First of all, ask your parents if they have dual citizenship?
Had they denounced Portugal citizenship when they become naturalized in Canada?

If not... had they reported your birth to Portuguese embassy when you were born?
If yes... you can contact Portuguese embassy and proceed with paperwork, etc .

Well as it turns out my parents have not reported my birth, but they haven't denounced their Portuguese citizenships either. So where do I go from here?

Have your parents contact the consulate with original copy of your birth certificate, marriage registration, photo ID, etc.

The first thing to find out is when your parents have obtained the Canadian citizenship.
If they have obtained it before 1981 and have registered this citizenship modification to tin Portugal, they may have lost their Portuguese citizenship.

If they have not registered it, they are still Portuguese and you as son of Portuguese citizens is eligible to apply for the Portuguese citizenship.
