    Bugs attracted to moisture?
So, I left some dishes in the sink with water in them and now I have all these little black flies that gravitate to moisture. I've taken care of the moisture but the bugs are still here? How do I get rid of them?

They are probably knats. I had them once. I put something sweet and sticky in the bottom of a jar. They all went in to get it and I covered it with a piece of cardbord and walked the jar outside where I threw it in the trash.

Also sounds like fruit flies. Make sure any fruit is in fridge (at least for a while) and that any in garbage is outside. You might also use strong cleaner in garbage disposal (or top of drain).

Hi there. Perhaps someone has some idea of what my problem is and/or how to trouble shoot it. Contrary to what is typical, when I turn my furnace on each winter immediately all of the windows in my home (twice as badly upstairs) begin to sweat or collect lots of moisture and water on them. This...

Does anyone know if a moisture/air infiltration barrier (i.e. TYVEK etc. ) is code for an outside wall (particle board) on a home in Virginia? :)
