    Hello Kenmore 901

Please be careful : do not touch anything while the dryer is connected to the power.

Start with removing the power : take the power cable out of the socket and put it on to the ground in front of you.

In most dryers the belt is pressurized by a spring-loaded wheel holding the belt tight.
First to do is make a small drawing how the belt is mounted now.
Than - while releasing the pressure on the belt - turn the belt off the motor spindle.
Slowly let the spring-loaded wheel take it's natural position.
You can now take the belt off the drum and remove / exchange it.

    Re-install in the reverse order.

    Success !
