    To bankruptcy or not.
I've got plenty of debt, and make enough to wipe it out within two years or so, but all the creditors want something now, not to mention my pay is already garnished, I owe 15K in back taxes etc... I have old credit cards, a repo I co-signed for 8 years ago etc... I feel over my head and can't pay all this at the same time... how do I tell a creditor I will get to them in six months after all the other debts I have... I don't want to file, but what else can I do??

They won't give you a break, forget it. You have to pay first to support you family and have a decent life style, then those 15K in taxes, talk to them and make a payment plan. About the old bank debt you can dispute it and any new bank debt just hold it unless they show intentions to sue you. Bankrrupcy is not so good in these days as it used to be a few years ago
