    Filing a motion to compel
    I have custory on the minor childern, and I am asking for a incease in support because of hard times... she said she is not going to give me any information. Does anybody know how to file a motion to compel to the court for I can get the court to order it

    You should speak with the Attorney who represented you in the divorce, they should be able to take care of this without much difficulty.

    Thx for the information but the lawyer wanted more money and money is tight right now.. I was hoping to be able to file it myself:)
