    Fraudulent corporation loss
    What is the statute of limitation in British Columbia Canada for an action suit against a Corporation who cause considerable loss to clients when changing investment focus?

    Hello lamb:

    I don't know. But, if you think some investment firm cheated you, go to the securities police in Canada. I don't know who they are, but you can find 'em if you look. In the US, they're the Securities and Exchange Commission. If the statute has run out, they'll tell you.
