    1040NR or 1040NR EZ
    Hi,

How to decide if we should use 1040NR or 1040NR EZ?
And is there a software that can be used for F1 to H1b filers (92 days on h1b)?
    Thanks.

I know of no software for those converting from F-1 to H-1.

If your H-1 conversion happened before July 1st, then you file Form 1040.

    If not, file Form 1040NR.
