    Converting H1 visa to F2 visa
    Hi there,

    I have a quick question regarding my visa status. I went to out of country while I was on H1 visa march 2008 but I entered into US on F2 visa after 2 months.

    Can I continue to work? Does H1 visa still valid?

    You may have more than one type of visas but you are allowed to use it one at a time.

    HI Ashwin,

    I need some guidance from you on the visa interview for H1 to F2.
    What kind of questions did they ask you at counsellate?Did they ask you questions regarding H1 status or the work you did during H1 or your salary etc.
