Transferring e-mails between two different OS's
Hi. So I'm not so new to computers, but the task asked of me by my father is leaving me clueless. He wants me to transfer his OE e-mails from his old, Windows 2000 computer to his new, Windows Vista laptop. He made it so that the e-mails were not left on his e-mail server. It needs to be done A.S.A.P. but the Vista laptop will only see one other computer on the network and the 2000 can't see any. I've tried 'exporting' then importing the e-mail but I only get about 33 e-mails out of approximatley 1500. Looking around the web I found a transfer program (freeware) called SafeMail 1.5. Will that work or is there some other way I can do this? A quick response will be much appreciated. --Thanks
