    Securities Law governing LLP in US
    Dear All,

    I am planning to set up a Limited Liability Partnership with the main business of carrying stock trading activities in US. I would like to know the rules or law that govern the Stock Trading activities w.r.t. LLPs. Can you help me in this regard?
