Bulges underneath the inground pool liner
I have many bulges behind the pool liner, including bottom and sides,in both shallow and deep end. This has occurred in previous years but not nearly to the same extent, the pool is about 8 years old, could it be the valve in the drain or something else?

I encountered the same problem and it was a result of water getting under the liner from a hole in it and freezing. The solution was to put in a new liner and underground drain.
