    Keep going.
I have been doing kegel exercises for a long time now! I'm pretty confidence that my PC muscle is strong. I just don't know how to USE them during SEX?

So do I want to squeeze them really hard during intercourse WHEN I feel I'm about to

    Or

Do I want to STOP, pull out and squeeze right before I'm going to

    Or

Is it better to constantly squeeze and relax throughout the process of intercourse?

    Wats your take on it?

It is different for every person, I personally like to do this kind of thing occasionally during intercourse, or right before the big O, but some people are different.

Yes, what one partner may or may not enjoy or like is different for each,
Talk about what you want to try, and see what the partner things of it.

Everyone wants to talk about sex until they are doing it, and then seem to not talk.

I read your question this morning, and I have been trying to remember how I used my PC muscles during intercourse... I haven't had coitus on a regular basis in years. It might have been clenching at the base of the penis and holding while I pulled back.

Try different stuff along with the slow tempo of partner's stroking.
    Practice makes perfect! :D
