    What can I do?
    To Whom It May Concern:

    I Have A Friend That Married A Woman And She Got Married With Him Just For The Papers And Now That He Die She Call The Immigration Office And They Tell Her That She Will Recive The Visa Please Tell Me What To Do? I Try To Report It But Nobody Will Take My Call.

    If the US citizen dies, and at the time of death, they're still married, alien spouse is legally eligible to become permanent resident.
    Nothing you can do....

    That would be the best thing to do... to be honest, I've worked in this area for along time and even legal immigrants these days have tough time... much more than those who came 10 years ago. Having greencard doesn't guarantee that he/she'll get good pay job... etc.
