why my monitor don't display color properly?
my monitor don't display colors properly i.e it displays the white as green and turn the blue to green also I have checked my Ge Force 5200 graphic card and it work properly without problem because I check it on another computer and there is no problem with it

also it is not a Degaussing problem I'm sure of this I don't know if it is the monitor signal cable or there is a problem with the color adjustment inside the monitor

also this problem don't happen all the time I will say it happens randomly and I can't say what is the problem  thanks for help

Rather than checking your graphics card in a different computer, try changing out monitors if you have one to spare. Or, alternatively, try connecting your problem monitor to a different computer and running it for a while to see if there's a problem.

It could still be an issue with your graphics, but chances are more likely that it's either a bad cable or your monitor is starting to fail. How old is the monitor? Is it an LCD or CRT screen?

Thanks for help twilcox actually I have a spare monitor and I did test my graphic card but there is nothing with it you know I'm sure of this I guess it is one of two things: the first is the monitor itself is starting to fail since it is 4years old or there is a problem with the signal cable

What type of monitor cable are you using? Is it a higher quality micro-coax cable with ferrite beads like this: Monitor Cable

Have you tried swapping the cable yet?
