    Probation violation
    I went to probation yesterday and my probation officer call me today saint the I fail my test she told me the I have weed and cocaine and my system she yesterday the I was going to jail theist true and for how long. It's my first time that my test fail I have 3years probation and I ready don 2 I live and Dallas TX

    You are probably going to be picked up and have to wait in jail for your probation violation hearing at which time the judge will determine if you get more probation time or have to sit in jail or prison depending on your original sentencing order. It's going to be up to the judge what happens.

    If you have no other violations you might be ordered to undergo drug treatment or might have the level of supervision increased. In the state where I was a PO (MD), there were several options for dealing with such things that did not involve jail.
