Irritated tip of penis around the bottom of the uretha
About a year and a half ago I caught myself in the zipper of my pants rushing out of the bathroom on one of our ATV trips after a day of hard summer riding I got home showered and went to bed a few days later I was in the bathroom and I saw some irratation around the uretha just the bottom of it not all the way around the opening it does not hurt to pee but does feel a little tender to the touch and sometimes feels like its cold or wet even though it is not and every now and then after I'm done peeing it feels a little burning like the urine is aggrivating it but that's rarely must be a sensation it gets from the irritation is there something I can put on this to make it go away? It happened so long of go and went a way on its own once before must have been a good year or so since it acted up again I showed it to the doctor recently because I've been having the urge to pee a little more often then usual which happen last time this acted up also and he said it just looked irratated and didn't know why the irritation would make me feel like I have to urinate more but he had no concerns my urine test and blood sugar looked good.I know its not an STD because I had not had sex or intercourse in somtime before this happened, if it went away once I'm sure it will go away again just trying to help it or see if this was someone else problem before? Or should I go to the doctor and have more test done maybe its something else?

Hi Phresh... sounds extremley painful, having read your post, initially I would have said maybe thrush and advised a urine test, this can be a classic symptom of diabetes, sometime your lips can look swollen, you also drink all the time but you say you've had all the necessary tests... urine, sugar... so it obviously isn't that, plus you say your doctor's confirmed that.
The fact that your wanting to pass water more often still suggests that you have some kind of water infection, that is re-ocurring or perhaps you just have bladder inflammation that can flair up because of spicey foods, clothes to tight which means they rub against your body causing heat and friction, making the urine hot on passing which would reaggrivate the initial injury.
My advice would be to go back to your doctor, another if necessary, explain that it's been a long time but the problem is still there, take a water sample so they can test there and then and ask for another sugar test.
It may be just that you need a course of antibiotics plus a cream for the sore bits, obviously after all this time something's not right you need to get it sorted.
In the mean time buy some satchets to take for the inflammation in you bladder, it's the same as women buy for systitus, you just mix with water and they neutralize the acid in your bladder making it less painful when you go.
If your lucky enough to be at home, put on the most baggy pair of pants you have and the same with the trousers... shorts if possible... you need to let the air flow around the infected area and nothing must be rubbing against the skin, keeping the area cool, this will help.
See a Doctor A.S.A.P
I hope this helps

It doesn't hurt just annoying sometimes, yea he thought diabetes too but he just had my blood work done a few months back plus blood sugared me when I saw him three days ago,he didn't say anything about the irritation besides it being irritated and didn't give me anything for it so I guess he feels it will go away on its own I think the irritation gives me the urges too pee because when its flared up like the first time this happen a year ago same thing pee'd a lot then when it went away so did the urine urge didn't make since to him but does to me because I feel it :p it seems to be getting better I'm thinking wearing pants all day and the hot Florida summer must have caused it to get tender again plus I just started the gym and it didn't do it before I started so I'm putting two and two together if it doesn't seem better in another week ill go back I just wish there was something I could put on it to help it heal

I think I would treat the sore area with Aloe Vera. I would use the sap from an older plant and smear it on the area after showering. Next I would drink only water for the next 2 weeks and see if I couldn't get this cleared up. I have found that clear water really helps when I have had a tract irritation or infection. Skipping coffee, tea, sodas etc and it clears up pretty quickly. The Aloe Vera sap works a lot better that the over the counter Aloe creams. I think processing it weakens it's effectiveness. If you don't already have a plant in your yard. Plant one in a pot and keep it on the porch or patio. They're wonderful to have around.

Hi Phresh... try Sudocream... recommend for most things in that area, it's used for babies amongst other things with really bad nappy rash, so it has to be OK.
You can buy it most places, even a supermarket, it comes in a bog standard basic grey pot no fancy packaging, it's a thick white cream which you only need to smear on thinley, being an antiseptic cream it will protect the area until it has healed and should feel more comfortable when you pass water as it's water prove, so your urine will not reinfect the area.
This is a well known antisceptic cream, which is well worth keeping in your medicine cabinite as it can be useful for many irritating skin complaints, so give it a go.
I'm sure it will do the trick.
It doesn't cost a lot either... bonus
