I am having a irregular periods and sometimes I missed it for 2- 3 months but didn't have any pregnancy symptoms. Now I also missed my period for 1 week n also want to become pregnant then how I can know that I am pregnant or not?

Since missing a period is often the first indication of possible pregnancy, you won't have that to rely on. Other changes that sometimes happen, can also be a part of the premenstrual cycle... breast tenderness, tiredness, slight cramping, feeling like your period is about to start, etc.. If you don't normally have many premenstrual symptoms, this may be your first sign of possible pregnancy. Otherwise you may have to invest in some home pregnancy tests and just try a test whenever you think there may be a good possibility.
If you can determine when you are most likely to ovulate, that will at least give you a starting place so that if you have intercourse during the time when you are most fertile... several days leading up to and through ovulation, you will know if there is a greater chance of achieving success each cycle or not.
You might also want to speak to your doctor about ways to help regulate your cycles better. Many women naturally have sporadic cycles, but obviously it does make it more difficult when trying to determine pregnancy.

What DoulaLC said. I would test and see if it's positive... if not, you might want to go to the doctor and get put on something that will regulate you. If it's positive, then you'll also want to get to the doc. I know how frustrating it is missing periods!
