    Civic dx 1998
    Hello when I start my civic check engine light comes on,speedometer&odometer don't work and headlights&taillights kind of blink what could this be?is it a costly repair? Thank you

    . Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter:

    Be very careful and thorough checking fuses, otherwise it will waste time and money.
