    Stuck starter cord
    We have a 21" mulching Troy-built mower. I was using it today and it died on me. When I tried to pull the start cord the start cord will not move. What happened?

    Did the cable that is connected to the "brake" on the engine break? The cable is hooked to a handle that is at the top end of the handle bars.
