    Citation to Discover Assets
I was awarded a judgement in small claims court. It has been over a year and I have not received a single payment from my debtor. I have a citation to discover assets hearing coming up. What do I need to do to get prepared for this hearing? Will I have to ask questions?

Welcome to the most under talked about problem, finding their money, a very large amount of small claims judgements are never paid, for various reasons, live in states where garnishments are not allowed, or if allowed the people are low income and don't earn enough to allow a garnishment.
So do you have any evidence of the life style they are living, such as type of car, home, things they do, so you can question them when they swear they have no money or don't earn anything but min wage or something.
