    My hair is falling out
    Im only 21 my hair is falling out its scearing me, I hurd it miht be because I just had a baby she is only 3 months.. how can I get it to stop falling out? Please help me.. :confused:

    You could be lacking vitamins good for your hair.
    When you lack vitamins and are pregnant the vitamins you do have automatically go to the baby. Where you taking a prenatal vitamin? Are you breastfeeding?
    Is the hair falling out throughout your head or is it coming out in one spot or clumps?

    These are the vitamins good for healthy hair
    Folic Acid 800mcg, Biotin 200mcg, Pantothenic Acid 200mg, vitamin E, Zinc 30mg, Manganese 10mg, Choline 1000mg, Inositol 250mg, Para Amino Benzoic Acid (PABA)60mg
    Also try using a PH balanced shampoo.
