Just so that I don't confuse you, I take it that your problem is a seized bearing?
Just where is this seized bearing?. oh I see on a lawn mower.
Well I guess since you have been so specific, I will be as well.
First, get the proper sized wrenches.
Next, remove any bolts, cables or belts that may be hindering the removal of said seized bearing.
    Then, remove said bearing.
After that,Install new not seized, but preferably greased bearing, in it's new place.
Finally, hopefully you can remember how you took off everything that was hindering the removal of that stubborn seized bearing, and put it back on, exactly opposite of the way you took it off.

Oh, and remember, Lefty loosey, righty tighty, unless you are taking off a left threaded bolt, then it'd be lefty tighty, righty loosey!

Ah yes!! Forgot to mention, that at times, things hindering replacement of said bearing is removable, however impossible to put back without serious amounts of duct tape, oh and I guess nowadays some more advanced farmers may use gorilla glue... However this practice has been found to last for @ ten seconds, if you are lucky, and assuming the mower isn't running within that ten minutes.
