    It's easy to do. Just get the right plugs, correct gap, and correct socket and change them one at a time. Remove the spark plug wire and change one plug at a time. You do not want to mix up your spark plug wires! Be very careful and do one at a time. Do not overtighen as well. I change my own spark plugs and save a bundle.

I have a 1986 Oles with a V8 engine and 125,000 plus miles and the spark plugs have never been replace. My question is should I be concerned about them breaking off leaving the threads in the head? If so what can I do to prevent it?
