    Rheem AC Condenser Fan Replacement
I need to replace the condenser fan motor and associated capacitor (dual 40/5 uF). Of course the new motor has and four wires instead of three. Old motor has Black Orange and Brown wire. Black comes right from through the contactor. Orange and Brown are hooked up to the capacitor. Orange comes off the contactor common and continues to the motor. Brown comes off the fan capacitor. Question is what to do with the new motor? New motor has black, white, brown and brown with white stripe.

The 2 browns go to each side of the capicitor,, the black goes to contactor,, new motor should have a diagram,, the white, not sure,is possible for a different speed, or to reverse direction and not needed,, look for diagram on side of motor

Black and White are labeled line. Browns go to the capacitor according to the wiring diagram on the new motor.

Hello did you ever figure out how to wire it? I have the same problem and the wired diagram on the motor isn't clear.
