    Roommate Issues
    I am in a very bad roommate sittuation and need to move out, I am signer on the lease and the leasing company is telling me I have to pay the full amount of the rent and give a 60 days notice to vacate the property. But she is staying so what are my rights?

    Depending on what your state law is and what your rent agreement is you maybe should be able to pay the rent up until she can find a new roommate.
    Is the leasing company telling you you have to move or was that a reply to you telling them that you need to move?
