Certain colors in make-up or clothing can do it as long as it doesn't look trampy.

The trick is to look mature and put-together, not provocative or overdone. Never try to look like you're wearing makeup--ideally cosmetics should just enhance your looks, not replace them.

Honestly, I think femininity is ageless. As long as you look feminine and confident then people will assume your age.
