    Portuguese rules for UK passport expiry
    I am travelling with my son to Portugal in last week of June for a holiday returning to UK on 27th June. His UK passport expires on 19th of July. Is there any problem?

    I would double check this as normally you have to have at least 6 months on your passport before it expires. Call your embassy.

    Your son needs a new passport.. no matter you enter the country with visa or visa upon arrival, your passport must have at least 6 months.
