    Is anyone taking metathione and if so.. what's the dosage to take for skin lightening? How long till you start seeing results? I want to take metathione along with glutathione for faster results

    I want to know more about metathione. Does is whitens the skin? What's the dosage to take for skin lightening? How long till you start seeing results? I want to know the side effects also.

    I have seen in Vitamin Shoppe bodybuilders buy these two and use them together to increase melanin levels, not decrease them. Because their main role in the body is to strengthen melanocytes and make them bigger. In bodybuilding, melanocytes are part of your lean mass so making them bigger makes you look meatier and darker. Well, you've seen Mr Universe and Miss World.
