    indirect 7 direct costs?
    need 3 examples of the following : variable direct & indirect costs? Fixed direct & indirect costs? Semi variable direct & indirect costs? All related to a transport dept in distribution please help I need to complete an assignment

    You need to show at least some attempt at doing your own assignment, and then we can check it, or let you know if you're on the right track, etc. Or ask a specific question about what part you don't understand.

    Is there some reason you are supposed to be familiar with the transport department in distribution? There are some things that work for nearly any type of business, but some things are specific to that business.

    I have listed th following but I'm not sure:
    variable diriect: drivers wages , vehicle insurance , vehicle taxes/ tyes
    variable Indirects: fuel , agency drivers , maintenance
    fixed directs:o/licence,insurance,depreciation of vehicles
    fixed indirects: telephones , faxes , tracking satelitte systems
    semi variable directs: lighting,heating,water
    semi variable indirects: advertising ? / ?
