    Toddler Broken Vaginal Skin
My two year old daughter was playing in my high heels when she tripped. The post of one of the shoes appears to have gone into her vaginal area. She had some bleeding inside but it stopped within a few minutes. I am sick over it but she seems to be fine. Should I be taking her to the doctor? We don't have insurance & I don't know if I am overreacting or?

I took her to the emergency room shortly after posting this. They examined her to find that she had a superficial cut... basically she gave herself a mini episiotomy (spell?) with the post of the shoe. OUCH!! She is fine today & on antibiotics to prevent infection.

Let this be a warning to all parents.
