    Hello, "in this country" what country is that, Canada, France, Iran, Japan, the US. We have posters here from almost any county in the world at times.

    I will go as if this is the US, but may apply to other nations.
    What is his legal status at this time, what type of VISA is he on now.
    You really need and should get an immigration attorney to do the application for you.

    If correct, what is your husband's current status?
    Did he enter UK as spouse or fiancé?
