    It can be a problem esp for pre teens and early teens, if you can, discuss your specific issues with your doctor. But many of the over the counter items will help. Keeping the skin clean is one of the most important things

    Do not constantly pick at your pimples. You will probably get scars (like me). Try Proactiv; that could help out your acne. Its worked for me.
