Hello J:
No, but you can find out who they are at the tax assessors office.

Welcome to AMHD. The owner's name should be on the lease; perhaps it is not. You may be able to get this information 'online'. The property on which you reside is indexed in the county tax office; the tax office has this information because the owner must pay ad valorem tax each year. One index is alphabetical, which may not help you; the other index is by plat, which is a map that will include this property. Tax plats are typically cross-referenced by number, which will get you to the name (and address) of the owner. As I said, you may be able to do this research online.

You can find it out as others have said - will they help you or intercede? Probably not - they are paying someone (the management company) to handle these disputes so they don't have to. If they wanted to step in they'd post their name and address.
Isn't the company/corporate name on your lease? It should be. The management company should be listed as acting on behalf of XYZ.

The management company is the representitive of the owners and if you have legal action to do, you can serve them.
The recorder of deeds will show who the listed owner is, most likely a coroporation in large rentals, but you can check with the Sec of State office to who is the officers of the Corporation.
But if the management company is listed as the landlord, then they are the ones to deal with

Hi,
In Excel spreadsheet, how to change relative address to absolute address for many cells at same time? I know how to use F4 to do the change, but it is not an option when I have to deal with the addresses in a 150 row x 50 column table.
Thanks,
