    What to buy
Im going to buy a new range and a refregirator but not sure what's good. I initially was buying stainless steel but I heard negative remarks about it that it stains fast and hard to clean. So I decided to buy just black. Do you think it is a good idea or which is better?

And what ever is better can you give me a name of a very good electric rage that flat surface and a side by side refrigirator from what you know that's very good? It would be very helpful.

    Thank you

Stainless steel does stain fast and it is hard to clean, but the stains are usually just visual finger print stains and it can get hard to clean with there are oil spills, sauce spills, sometimes even water spills can stain it and all are hard to clean. I like stainless steel because it looks professional and "clean cut", that's my 2 cents though.

But with the right product, it can be OKAY to clean. My boyfriend's mom, a clean addict, uses "LA's Totally Awesome", a cleaning product that is in a matte clear bottle, yellow solution, and red print. It says it's "AS SEEN ON TV" but I have not seen it (I think it's because it's and older product) and you can easily find it in any dollar store. It cleans eVERYTHING.

If you pay attention to the commercials on Food Network, they have some good ones being advertised right now. If you want a flat range, all I know is to make sure that the surrounding glass doesn't heat up...

I didn't exactly answer your question, but I hope that helps a little!

Just in my opinion, I would go for the stainless steel. A painted surface can chip if something is bumped into or dropped on it hard enough. Chips in paint are harder to deal with than stains on stainless steel. If stains got bad enough on stainless steel, and if it's a brushed kind of steel as compared to a mirror-like gloss finish, then imperfections as far as discolorations of any kind can be corrected with a very high grit of wet abrasive paper and steel wool.

I'm not sure which brands would be the best. However, to find out, you could do a Google search for refrigerator and gas or electric ranges reviews and ratings by consumers.

    Just my thoughts on this...
