    Greetings and WELCOME to the site! I just moved your question that you had posted in Introductions to this topic area so that it would get the most exposure and more likely to be answered concerning a question that you have concerning your laptop key not working. Introductions is for people to introduce themselves and we try to not ask questions there. Scleros did a good job of pointing you in the correct direction, though!

    We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little about yourself though, if you would be willing to do that.

    So, what is it about your laptop key that makes it seem to not be working? Which key is it and what exactly is happening?
