    Small claims court, levying personal bank accnt.
    How exactly do I go about levying someone's personal bank account for a small claims court judgment? Do I need this persons bank account number and how do I obtain this? Thanks

    Thus the real problem to the issue, you may find a information broker who can find it for a fee, Do you know the bank they bank at?

    You do need to get their account info, then apply for a writ ofattachment from the court. You then hire a sheriff or process server to serve the writ on the bank.
